Why Enviros Oppose Judge Alito's Nomination
- "Laws like the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act and Safe Drinking Water Act are responsible for more than 30 years of environmental progress. Judge Alitos narrow view of congressional authority throws enforcement of these and other environmental laws into doubt.
