Public Testimony Needed Now to Help Establish Hawaiian Surfing Reserves
- From the Office of Hawaii State Senator Fred Hemmings: We are pleased to announce that the House Water, Land & Ocean Resources Committee [of the Hawaii State Legislature] has scheduled the Hawaii Surfing Reserve Bill SB2646 SD1 HD1 for a hearing on Monday, March 29 at 10:45 a.m. Room 345 at the State Capitol. Testimony needs to be in by this Friday, March 26, 4:30 p.m.! It would be extremely beneficial if those on Oahu could provide testimony in person." Testimony can also be sent in by email sent to: wlotestimony@capitol.hawaii.gov
