CalTrans Continues Its Decades Long Record of Flouting Polluted Runoff Regulations
- "The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency has ordered the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) to upgrade its statewide stormwater management program, and exert stronger controls over stormwater discharges from its road construction and maintenance sites.
